Human resource has become the most valuable asset of an organization. Performance of any organization largely depends on the knowledge, skills, and abilities of its human resource and its effective utilization. Development of the employees is a significant function of an organization in present context. In this study we tend to explore the impact of HRD(Human Resource Development) Climate and occupational self efficacy on employee engagement. In this direction the attached questionnaire is a tool to help us understand your perceptions on the above said factors as you have work experience in the organization.
